MyTailwater sends optional texts when a dam you chose starts generating, drops back, or crosses a CFS you set. You control the list. You can stop anytime.
Reply to any text
- STOP
- Cancels all MyTailwater texts to that phone. You’ll get one confirmation. We will not text you again unless you reply START or turn texts back on in your account.
- START or UNSTOP or YES
- Turns MyTailwater texts back on for that number.
- HELP or INFO
- Sends a short recap of the program and how to cancel.
Frequency. Only when a dam you watch changes — often a few times a week, more on a generation day. You will not get marketing blasts.
Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent. Saving your mobile number on Alerts is your agreement to these recurring informational texts. Consent is not a condition of using the board.
You can also turn texts off without your phone: sign in, open Alerts, tap Stop all texts, or switch Text off on each dam. Removing your number stops new texts too.
